Decorating

No matter what your show consist of, TotalExpo can meet your needs. We stock entranceways, kiosks, registration counters, point of purchase displays and much more. Our team can help create the event you envisioned . We supply most every color show drape imaginable, and in addition we can create draped pull downs, column covers, privacy curtains, stage dressing and masking. Total Expo has you covered!

 

 

Furniture
We offer a wide variety of standard booth furnishings including (but not limited to) tables, chairs, bar stools, carpet, showcases, literature racks, bag holders and storage cabinets. Our standard 6-foot display tables are available with Formica top as well as the standard plastic sheeting that all of our competitors offer. If needed, specialty furniture such as couches and coffee tables can be made available.

 

 

 

Carpeting
We stock thousands of yards of quality carpeting in a variety of colors. If your feet get sore from standing in the booth all day, we suggest extra padding.

 

Floor plans
Our professional CAD department can create a custom floor plan of any convention facility or hotel in the U.S. After the final draft, we will make all necessary arrangements for fire marshal and facility approval.

Signs and Banners
Our in house sign shop can create the signage that will help make your show a success. We also offer extensive printing options and desktop publishing, including advanced website design through our industry partnerships.

 

Displays
If you prefer to save the expense of shipping an existing exhibit, or are not yet ready to purchase one, we can help. Our 10-foot panel system and pop-up displays are very economical to rent and can easily adapt to individual graphics and signage.

 

Custom Exhibits
For a more personalized look, our Octanorm system booths comes in a wide variety of styles and sizes. We can build a display to suit your specifications and provide a 3D CAD drawing of the design. All of our display rentals offer the security of knowing that when you arrive at the show your booth will be set up and waiting.

 

 

Modular Offices
A number of our clients utilize our Octanorm modular wall system for use in building offices, registration areas, classrooms, interview booths and in place of standard show drape for certain events. We currently have over 35,000 sq.ft. of this material in inventory.

 

Custom Furnishings
If you require specialty office furniture, a leather sofa, conference table etc. Our industry partnership with Cort Trade Show Furnishings can provide what ever you need.

 

Floral and Plant Rentals
Whenever you need to add a little splash of color to your display, we can help. We offer silk plants and trees of various sizes.

 

Equipment and Labor Services

 

Electricity and Lighting
In addition to standard electrical outlets, we can supply generators upon request. We also offer a full array of specialty lighting such as portable Tota-Lights for camera-ready product lighting; to suspended truss mounted Par's for special events.

Exhibit and Crate Repair
Our carpenter shop can make any needed repairs to your exhibit or shipping containers prior to the show if shipped to us in advance. We can also make any necessary repairs before returning the exhibit to its warehousing facility or to the next show upon request.

Installation and Dismantle Labor
We offer experienced and courteous skilled union labor to setup your exhibit. Unlike some of our competitors, there is no additional charge for professional supervision.

Freight and Material Handling
The Total Expo management team and freight department has experience with all types of convention and tradeshow commodities, from rare books and hand made quilts to art sculptures and heavy machinery. We also hire only OSHA certified forklift operators, so you can be secure in the knowledge that your exhibit freight is in good hands.

 

A/V Equipment and Computers
Why bother shipping PC's, VCR's and the like from show to show? We can provide you with the latest technology at very reasonable rates. Plasma screens, laptops, servers, you name it.

 

Exhibit Transportation
Through our industry partnership with YRC, we can assist in obtaining the best rates and method of shipping your exhibit materials. Feel free to give us a call for a free quote.

Storage Facilities
We offer the most competitive rates in the industry for both short and long term warehouse storage. Our clients that utilize our installation & dismantle services receive an additional 10% off our already low monthly rates.
